MANECCS Membership Application

MANECCS Membership Fees are payable by September 1.

• Individual Memberships are $75 US for two years
• Student Memberships are $50 US for two years (Please include a copy of your current Student ID with your application/payment)
• Contributing Memberships are the fee for your membership category, plus a donation to MANECCS. Check the appropriate box for your Contributing Donation amount

You may type your information directly into this form, submit it electronically and send your dues and/or donation to the address below. Or you may print and fill out the following form and send it and your cheque — payable to MANECCS — to:
